Respect for the INDIVIDUAL – each resident is cared for as a unique individual, rath than simply a case or a patient. Our care for each resident is bespoke and is in response to their unique needs.

Consistent quality in STAFF training – The success of our program requires fully credentialed staff who care about the wellbeing of our residents. We recruit and train our staff to consistently provide high quality care.

Supportive STRUCTURES & ROUTINES – Residents coming to us need structured, consistent support. Our caregiving staff provides that support by normalizing daily routines, documenting activities and intervention and allowing feedback to improve our services.

Emphasizing PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY – As we work with clients to build social and coping skills, our residents learn to be accountable for their own behavior and how it affects others in the community. A nurturing community requires respect for the needs of other community members.

Building a NURTURING COMMUNITY – Our routines, systems and processes reduce risk to our residents and staff. A nurturing community is first a safe community. Because residents live in a shared space, with people experiencing similar challenges, they learn to live in a community.
